Al Gore is back with another film “An Inconvenient Sequel” in which he decries climate change and urges Americans (and more importantly the government) to take radical steps to reduce carbon emissions.
A decade ago, my friend and former Colleague at National Taxpayers Union, Drew Johnson blew the whistle on Al Gore’s energy usage at his Nashville home. Now Drew and the National Center for Public Policy Analysis have done it again. Again, they requested what in Tennessee are public utility records and found that Al Gore uses more than 20 times the electricity at his home than the average American.
According to Johnson and the NCPPA analysis:
• The past year, Gore’s home energy use averaged 19,241 kilowatt hours (kWh) every month, compared to the U.S. household average of 901 kWh per month.
• Gore guzzles more electricity in one year than the average American family uses in 21 years.
• In September of 2016, Gore’s home consumed 30,993 kWh in just one month – as much energy as a typical American family burns in 34 months.
• During the last 12 months, Gore devoured 66,159 kWh of electricity just heating his pool. That is enough energy to power six average U.S. households for a year.
• From August 2016 through July 2017, Gore spent almost $22,000 on electricity bills.
• Gore paid an estimated $60,000 to install 33 solar panels. Those solar panels produce an average of 1,092 kWh per month, only 5.7% of Gore’s typical monthly energy consumption.
See the full analysis here. There’s nothing inherently wrong with someone using a lot of electricity. What we all should have problems with (and call into question their public policy demands) are hypocrites who demand that the rest of us adopt policies that they themselves show no interest in adhering to.
Al Gore jets around the world to promote the inconvenient truth. It would be good to document how many million galleons of jet fuel he consumed personally. His use of jet fuel contributes more to global warming than his use of electricity. Why wouldn’t he fly commercial and practices what he preaches?
Al Gore is the biggest liar since Joseph Goebbels and just as evil. What’s more offensive is he has gotten rich off his lies. There is no modern con man I hate worse than him. As a good liar he uses a sprinkling of truth to gain credibility then expands that using false logic into a crisis. He is a form of human mental disease which can destroy a society. If he was truthfully analyzed by a psychiatrist he would find mental illness reaching back to his childhood. He has an incredible inferiority complex due to his father and subconsciously hated his father because he was domineering. Science must universally reject his pseudo science. Or did he invent the internet?
Al Gore cleverly changed Global Warming Crisis to Climate Change because its an oxymoron that cant be disputed. Of course there is Climate Change; its been going on since the beginning of the earth. It just doesn’t go as fast as Al Gore wants. Climate Change takes many human lifetimes; its slow unless your talking asteroid impacts or comets. That would be a crisis. During the entire life of the earth climate was changing but human beings were nowhere in sight. Al explain that!!
There many reasons why climate changes on Earth. Duh!! The socialists want to make climate into crisis so they can justify radical political change. They are attacking many of our institutions; weather is only one of them.
Follow-on Comment: we are ineffective in fighting the socialist takeover(deep state)because we are unable to see the big picture and trace the spider web to the spider that created the web. Its the spider when identified that we must destroy to save America. We were brainwashed about the conspiracy to kill JFK. Now people are conditioned to not think conspiracy. Its the neo Nazi movement that is using these tactics and clearly disrupting the peoples confidence in many of Americas icons. Some think Soros is behind this deep state. Soros is used to deflect from the real culprit. We can take out Soros but that will protect the real traitor temporarily. we are running out of time to stop this evil (more evil than Hitler in the end). The goal is to eliminate most of humanity and preserve the Earth for these hidden elite.
I continue my previous diatribe because socialist propaganda is deflecting the real truth and real danger of their overall plan to return society to the middle ages where divine right ruled the day and the people could be fully subjugated. I only pray that the white knight we need to defeat this evil will appear in time to re-establish freedom in America. Maybe Trump? Remains to be seen. Our establishment still hasn’t been able to see the plan in its entirety and identify the people driving this plan. We are running out of time.
