Boudreaux Makes the case for free trade

George Mason economist and Cafe Hayek blogger Don Boudreaux spoke at the Rio Grande Foundation’s luncheon today about free trade and its manifest benefits. We had a great crowd for the event and Boudreaux gave a detailed and very persuasive case not only for the economic benefits of free trade, but also gave an ethical defense of free trade. A few photos are below and we’ll be adding Boudreaux’ powerpoint slides and our “facts of the day” to this site in the days ahead.

Boudreaux’s powerpoint slides are available here.

  1. Paul — Look forward to your slide show posting. Had planned to visit Abq to attend, instead had some minor surgery. Pleased you had a good crowd.

    Best,
