Christina Sandefur, an attorney and policy expert with the Arizona-based Goldwater Institute shared the foundational importance of private property rights at a well-attended Rio Grande Foundation/Federalist Society of NM talk last night.
Her topics which focused on various aspects of property rights happened to address two important RGF successes: eminent domain reform and civil asset forfeiture reform.
