The Rio Grande Foundation, specifically Paul and Dowd, are “taking over” Friday afternoons on The Rock of Talk. Every Friday from 4 to 6pm the Foundation and its guests will have a chance to hold forth on New Mexico’s economic situation, how to improve it, and other issues of interest to New Mexicans.
