On AM 1600/93/7FM “The Rock of Talk” (today, May 11 from 5 to 6pm) Paul Gessing will be interviewing Grover Norquist, president and founder of Americans for Tax Reform. Grover is one of the most powerful voices for lower taxes and limited government in Washington and around the country.
Among other efforts his organization asks politicians all over the country to pledge not to raise taxes. ATR also put together a list of New Mexicans who have benefited from federal tax reform. During our interview Grover and I discuss the benefits of federal tax reform as well as New Mexico politicians who have (and have not) taken the pledge.
Update: Yvette Herrell (running for CD 2) has signed the pledge, but Monty Newman has not.
