The Rio Grande Foundation spent a great deal of time during the last session tracking bills in the New Mexico Legislature with our Freedom Index. The Roswell Daily-Record covered the Index and the fact that their home town legislator Rep. Candy Spence-Ezzell was the highest scoring member of the Legislature.
The 2019 Legislative session was a challenging one for advocates of individual liberty and economic freedom, but Rep. Ezzell was one of the stalwart defenders of freedom.
