Talking Transparency and Open Government in the Alibi

As you may already know, the Rio Grande Foundation has released its government transparency website, www.newmexicospending.com. I wrote an article for The Alibi which discusses the benefits of government transparency and our experiences with some school districts that were more (and less) willing to release supposedly-public data.
