Aside from being the organization’s Vice President of Development, Patrick handles a wide variety of open government and transparency issues for the Foundation. Patrick and Paul discuss the unfolding scandal at New Mexico’s Children Youth, and Families Department (CYFD) which involves the destruction of public records and the firing of whistleblowers at CYFD.
