According to a leaked memo from the House Natural Resources Committee – related to its portion of the $3.5 trillion “partisan” reconciliation package that Democrats in Washington are working on, a carbon tax, also known as a “Carbon Pollution Fee” is among the possible “revenue raisers” in the legislation.
