EBT welfare card abuse rampant

If you haven’t already seen them, Jim Scarantino over at the New Mexico Watchdog has done some great work on the rampant abuse of EBT welfare cards in New Mexico including their use in strip clubs and liquor stores (to name just a few questionable locations).
