Gov. MLG’s health order seems to have internal conflict on expiration

The Whereas statement below is from page 2 of the Order.

On page 4 of the document is the following statement.

So, which is it? Is there a mistake? We fully expect the order to be renewed yet again whenever it is up, but what date will that be?
