More Eminent Domain

To cap on Harry’s blog regarding the encouraging news on eminent domain, the Governor’s announcement is very good news because, should the legislation he has outlined pass, the protections for property owners will be far better than they would have been under the bill he vetoed last year. Don’t think that the fight is over, however. The Municipal League has already come out and said they will fight hard against these reforms.
