What “Fiscal Cliff?” This action in Washington, DC, just continues to demonstrate that there is no political will or ability to pass budgets and act in a fiscally responsible manner.
At this time, a politically motivated tax, Alternative Minimum Tax, passed about 40 years ago will strangle millions of people in filing out pointless forms that do not reflect the infl”Leation caused by our mindless government.
Just as some concerned citizens in Boston dumped tea in the harbor as a protest of taxation without representation, let all of the people who are subject to the AMT not file that portion of their 2012 tax return as protest to the continuing ineptness of Congress.
Again, paraphrasing our Founding Fathers, “Let us all hang together, or we will hang separately.”
