  1. Go Paul! Civil Forfeiture is the most heinous ‘legal’ crime, beside the income tax ; that government has in it’s ‘War on Citizens’ arsenal. Police who practice using it are thugs and criminals, judges who say yes to this crime are also true nefarious criminals abhorrent to honest men. CAF must be stopped in the US by all means.
