RIP: one of the most interesting people I’ve ever met

We all cross paths now and again with truly unique characters. In my 8+ in Washington, DC, most of which I worked for the National Taxpayers Union, I met senators, congressmen, and a cast of unique and ambitious people from all over the world. But, none of those people was quite as interesting as Sid Taylor who passed away recently at age 97.
