  1. I don’t believe Virgin Galactic is pulling out of New Mexico. I believe that is a misstatement. It is laying off people here but is going to maintain a presence I believe. They are apparently gearing up for the next generation rocket plane. The Rio Grande Foundation has been railing against the Spaceport and Virgin Galactic for at least a decade so none of this is surprising. Their time might be better spent talking about the businesses that have come to our state rather than those that have left. But that really doesn’t serve a right-wing
    agenda.
